Pure Prairie League$40 – $65
Pure Prairie League was formed in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio. RCA Records signed the band after a 1970 gig in Cleveland. The band scored five consecutive Top 40 albums in the 1970s and added a sixth in the 1980s. Pure Prairie League’s second album, 1972’s Bustin’ Out, included the songs “Falling In And Out Of Love – Amie,” which garnered enough airplay over time that RCA reissued it as a single in 1974, and it became a Top 40 hit. Does Two Lane Highway and Let Me Love You Tonight sound familiar? You’ve heard these many times throughout the years. The band continues to tour to enthusiastic audiences across the U.S.
